Craig & Annie's is

inspired by my grandparents, Craig and Annie!

 

​My grandfather taught me integrity, work ethic and honesty. He would leave at 4am to work in The Bleachery and return in the afternoon for a hot meal and short nap before he went into the fields working his crops. He taught me how to surf fish, the secret to growing the most delicious tomatoes and cantaloupes, and how to make the best Brunswick Stew.

My granny taught me about love and laughter. She showed her love of God, loving others, and the love of cooking in everything she did. She and I spent countless hours in her kitchen making jams,

fresh biscuits and the most delicious cakes! She made everyone feel welcome in her home.

The neighbors would always stop by in the afternoon for fresh biscuits and sweet tea.

She always wore a dress and never let us do chores on Sunday!

We are South Carolinians to the core, and I’ve taken everything they taught me and poured it into my family and my kitchen. Creating new recipes and sharing them with my family and friends brings me happiness and joy. I hope you enjoy her recipes and those I've created over the years!
